Nestled on the shores of Buck Bay on beautiful Orcas Island, our family has been cultivating some of the finest Pacific oysters and Manila clams for three generations. Owners Toni and Mark carry on a legacy rooted in sustainable farming and a deep respect for these pristine waters.
Visit our farm to experience the freshest shellfish you'll ever taste — harvested daily from our beds and held in flow-through saltwater tanks until they reach your plate. Our on-site gardens provide organically grown vegetables that complement every dish.
